磁(ci)致(zhi)伸縮(suo)位(wei)移傳(chuan)(chuan)感器,是(shi)利用磁(ci)致(zhi)伸縮(suo)原(yuan)理(li)、通過(guo)兩個(ge)(ge)不同磁(ci)場(chang)相交產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)應變(bian)(bian)脈(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)來準確(que)地測量(liang)位(wei)置的(de)。測量(liang)元件(jian)是(shi)一(yi)根(gen)波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan),波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan)內的(de)敏感元件(jian)由特殊(shu)的(de)磁(ci)致(zhi)伸縮(suo)材料(liao)制成的(de)。測量(liang)過(guo)程是(shi)由傳(chuan)(chuan)感器的(de)電子室內產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)電流脈(mo)沖(chong),該電流脈(mo)沖(chong)在(zai)(zai)波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan)內傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu),從而在(zai)(zai)波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan)外(wai)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)圓周磁(ci)場(chang),當該磁(ci)場(chang)和套在(zai)(zai)波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan)上作(zuo)為位(wei)置變(bian)(bian)化的(de)活動(dong)磁(ci)環產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)磁(ci)場(chang)相交時(shi),由于(yu)磁(ci)致(zhi)伸縮(suo)的(de)作(zuo)用,波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan)內會產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)應變(bian)(bian)機(ji)械波(bo)(bo)(bo)脈(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),這個(ge)(ge)應變(bian)(bian)機(ji)械波(bo)(bo)(bo)脈(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)以固定的(de)聲音速(su)度(du)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu),并(bing)很快被電子室所檢測到。由于(yu)這個(ge)(ge)應變(bian)(bian)機(ji)械波(bo)(bo)(bo)脈(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)在(zai)(zai)波(bo)(bo)(bo)導(dao)管(guan)內的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)時(shi)間和活動(dong)磁(ci)環與電子室之間的(de)距(ju)離成正(zheng)比,通過(guo)測量(liang)時(shi)間,就可(ke)以高度(du)精確(que)地確(que)定這個(ge)(ge)距(ju)離。由于(yu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出信(xin)號(hao)(hao)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)真正(zheng)的(de)值,而不是(shi)比例的(de)或放(fang)大處理(li)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)(hao),所以不存在(zai)(zai)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)漂移或變(bian)(bian)值的(de)情況,更無需(xu)定期重(zhong)標。
